Two new Residence Plans just introduced!

To offer additional diversity in its residential offerings, CRC Property Group LLC has just released two 'entry-level' homes for its Tuscan Club Estates development.

Entitled Residence Plan 5 and 6 (shown to the right) and starting at just $299K for Plan 5, these two plans are 2652 and 2786 square feet, respectively, and feature four to five bedrooms, three bathrooms, and two or three-car garage spaces.

Plan 5 is essentially a reduced-scale Plan 7 (see illustration to the right), which is currently under construction by CRC and is scheduled to be fully completed by the end of May.  The significant differences between the two homes other than in terms of square footage is in the configuration of the master bathroom.  Plan 6 is an all-new design based on functionality and practicality.  For further details, please see our galleria section to view the detailed floorplans.

We have just completed our first thorough upgrade of our website to v2.0, adding many very innovative features for viewing images and other interactive add-ons, such as those by third-party company Apture.  We will continually be updating the site with additional features and information, and as things continue to ... develop!
