New Construction for a New Buyer!
Despite the winter weather conditions, we have been steadily building homes here at Tuscan Club Estates, and one of our most exciting plans is presently underway for a new buyer who purchased the home in January. Residence Plan 2, our largest floorplan, is easily distinguished by the turreted entry covered in stone rubble, along with the optional large interior courtyard.
Below are computer-rendered images of the home, and an actual progress photo (top right) of the home under construction. The mechanicals (HVAC, plumbing and electrical) are presently being installed, and we'll update this website regularly as progress continues. The home is scheduled to be finished in early June.
